There are two very deep water wells on the property that do need some maintenance and the beauty of this is that this property sits a couple of miles from the Ozarka water plant. Sellers were told that these water wells are fed by natural springs, which is the beauty of Ozarka and that delicious water. When you huge tall, beautiful mature trees everywhere for amazing shade. Different buildings are set and or scattered around the property and so if one group is there, they may not even be able to see another group which is a nice option.
